◤ Training {Milo and Touya} ◢
thelightninglion:
With the assistance of the trainer, Milo was able to stand up. The kid seemed surprised to hear him talk, as would any normal human trainer.
“Are you feeling any better? I found you ah— passed out.”
Great, he thought. Passed out again. I don’t remember passing out…but what I do remember is pretty foggy.

His head was throbbing still and his legs were weak, but soon he could manage. Hopefully, that is. Milo shook his head, although he regretting that decision immediately. Quickly grabbing his head to comfort it, he managed to mutter, “Yeah…I’ll be fine. I just need to find something to eat.”
“Oh— I…” Touya said, thinking for a second as he looked up for a moment. “I was heading into town since I’m running out of food- I still have some though. Would you like what I have left or maybe just come along with me?” He asked, taking a deep breath after.
Talking to someone new was nice. He was generally quiet, on the road and never hanging around to associate with new people in cities.

“Ah! By the way, my name’s Touya, and this is Gothitelle. What’s yours?” He asked, sure that if the other could talk he must of had a name. Surely it would be nice to make a possible friend.

A soft and short sigh escaped his lips as Galva massaged his feet a bit. Besides the bag being heavy with the books and medicine with bottles and stuff, his heart skipped a beat then the man from before approached and began talking to him. Well, the boy wasn’t the best around when it came to talk with random strangers. The question bothered him a bit too.
“W-well, I’m fine.” he replied. Stuttering was his best hobby you could say. He was getting paranoid and imagining the worst possible to him. Ironic though, he met Kyurem and wasn’t scared one bit.
“Oh. That’s good.” Touya said, sending Cinccino a look. He had been enjoying a wonderful nap, his mind at ease only for him to wake up for nothing. Although, he found himself not minding as much as he thought he would, not having run into anyone in so long.
He smiled lightly, noticing that the other’s bag looked a bit heavy, also taking note of the actions the other was taking. “Are you— Are you traveling somewhere?” He questioned, aiming for small talk.

Just another day to pass through the few towns and cities in Unova. The boy was honestly getting exhausted. His legs hurt and itched often, sometimes even going numb that forced him to stop. Perhaps so much stroll around the region wasn’t the best idea. Not like Galva liked to make stops very often either, just get things done before it’s too late. ‘Might as well stop just for a bit..’ the boy thought to himself, giving a quick glance at the sky. It seemed a storm was coming, although there weren’t many clouds or anything. It was that breeze.
The forests were his favorite places to rest. Gentle breeze, soft rustling of the leaves — simply relaxing enough, but could be dangerous with some raging pokemon seeking food. He hoped he wouldn’t become anyone’s dinner today. Just as he sat down under a tree, he wondered if it would be good to let himself get caught by a trainer. Would it be good? Probably not, he’s weak, and no one likes weak pokemon. Releasing a sigh, Galva spotted someone in the distance. It seems they have not noticed the lad. ‘Maybe everything will be fine..’ he thought to himself again. The boy often got paranoid, whether it was safe whenever he’s seen someone.
Touya had somehow managed to fall asleep, his hat thankfully shielding his eyes from the sun rays that had been revealed. It was unfortunate that he fell asleep in the sun however, since he had the tendency to get bad sunburns instead of a tan.
It was around two hours later that his Cinccino woke him up, the scarf pokemon prodding his side so that he rolled over to face her. “What’s wrong?” He quietly mumbled, his eyes still half closed until she gestured towards the forest. He looked over, not seeing anything until she started scampering away. The tired and slightly over heated trainer followed the pokemon only to see what looked to be a Galvantula.

“Are you alright?” He asked, watching as the other rested. He would never leave a pokemon potentially harmed.

◤ Training {Milo and Touya} ◢
thelightninglion:
His head was pounding. Throbbing, more like it. Milo tried to open his eyes, but only saw a blurred out scenery. He was on his side, he knew that. The earth was soft at his side, probably letting him sleep for much longer than he had hoped for. Slowly, Milo managed to barely push himself up from the ground as his arms hadn’t necessarily woken up.

Milo soon made eye contact with a Gothitelle, who looked extremely interested in his state of health. Not being in the mental state to be the least bit surprised, Milo just stared at it for a few moments. The Gothitelle then started to trodd of somewhere. Probably to go get help or something. Milo took hold of a tree and began to slowly push himself up. Just then, he heard the sound of returning footsteps. This time, it wasn’t just the pitter patter of Gothitelle’s feet, but a trainer’s. The Gothitelle stood by the boy’s side as a loyal and trusted partner, pointing towards Milo.
Oh right, he thought. He must be the trainer I heard earlier… Or maybe that was just a dream. Who the hell knows.
With a smirk on his face, Milo grinned. “Say, there. How about you and your Pokemon help me up, huh?”
Touya was off reading a book that he’d bought in the last town he’d passed by, a fair distance from the Luxray but making sure Gothitelle stayed with the electric type.
He was fully engrossed in the book, letting out hums or slight giggles at parts that required so, the words creating a movie in his mind. The clerk had been right when she said that it was an extremely good read, the brunette agreeing as soon as he reached the end of the first chapter. It was that intruiging.
Looking up as he felt a tap on his shoulder, he was slightly surprised however calmed when he saw it was his companion. “Is the Luxray awake?” He asked, standing up when she nodded.
Touya spotted the electric type leaning against the tree the trainer had set him by, only to gasp quietly when the other spoke. “You can speak?” He asked, astonished as his head tilted to the side. “But uh— yeah sure! I’ll help you up.” He said somewhat rushed, almost forgetting how to hold a conversation after not speaking for such a prolonged amount of time.

He walked over, his hand extended as he also put an arm around the other’s shoulder. “Are you feeling any better? I found you ah— passed out.”
◤ Training {Milo and Touya} ◢
thelightninglion:
It’s not good enough, he thought. It never directly hits the bull’s eye.
He stood there in the forest on all fours, covered in his own sweat. Milo was exhausted. He never really learned when to stop when things weren’t going so well or when to take breaks.Often times, he had collapsed with exhaustion. No one bothered to wake him up since he was usually traveling alone, and usually when people saw a sleeping Luxray, they never woke it up in fear of attack.
One more time…I’ve got to get this. Milo closed his eyes in concentration. Soon after, electricity began to engulf his body. Milo then released a loud roar as the bolt of electricity shot to a tree with a small X carved in it, indicating it as the bull’s eye.
Just before he passed out, Milo noticed two things.
1. He could vaguely hear the footsteps of a trainer walking this way, followed by the pitter patter of a companion Pokemon of some sort.
2. He hit the bull’s eye.
Touya was walking along with his Gothitelle, the Psychic type enjoying her time out of her ball. He sent her a smile as she continued to sing in her own way, her voice a wide range. The sound was calming, keeping Touya at peace as they waked through the dense trees.
His Gothitelle was special to him, the black dressed pokèmon keeping his bad dreams away. The calm singing that she emitted was soothing and pure sounding, the psychic type having a true talent. When she had finished, Touya glanced at her. “Was that a new one?” He asked quietly, nodding with a smile as she confirmed that it was indeed new.

Looking over when he heard a loud sound, he noticed a Luxray- a species that fascinated him to no end for their independence among other things. Seeing the electric type collapse, he gasped as he rushed over, Gothitelle following. He checked for consciousness and upon finding that the pokèmon was out cold, he checked for a pulse only to be relieved that they were okay in that aspect.
He searched in his bag for a potion as soon as he noticed small injuries, most likely from training and deduced that the pokèmon was most likely tired. It surely wouldn’t hurt to stay with him or her until they got better- after all, Touya had all the free time he could ever ask for.
